Giles

Giles is a top five UK independent insurance broker providing commercial insurance services in the UK market.

Founded in 1967, the company grew organically and by acquisition had a network of 38 branches across the UK employing 1,250 people. It offers SME, corporate, personal and healthcare cover and manages more than 250,000 policies.

Charterhouse sold Giles to Arthur J. Gallagher in 2013. During our ownership we worked with management to grow the business completing a number of strategic acquisitions.
